As a customer you have the right to cancel your order up until the day the order is sent out.

Cancellation & returns
Customers have the right to return the purchase within 14 days.
This right applies only when the goods and packaging are returned in the same state as when received. The product should not be used and the package must be opened with care. Repayment will be made as soon as the product is received and approved.
Refunds are made within 30 days.
Returns are freight free within Sweden.

Claims, conditions and cancellation
To return a faulty or defective product please contact us immediately.
We will send you a new product with no extra shipping charge, provided that the goods are available. If we are unable to replace the product, we will refund your purchase once we have received back the defective item.
For the return of defective merchandise you will receive a shipping label with prepaid postage. To register your complaint you must contact the company/customer services and state the order number and reason for complaint.
